Poetry
By A.Hope Smith
It's hard to get thru the thick fog of this temporal world.
So entertaining,
So amusing,
So sin sassy,
So lust attractive.
Mind and heart choose darkness rather than light.
People are fallen, their thoughts continually wayward,
dodging truth at every intersection.
Blindness envelops
the beloved mankind and
the Fathers heart
is
Severely
grieved.
(KJV)
Psalm 78:40 How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness,
[and] grieve him in the desert!
Ephesians 4:30 And grieve not the holy Spirit of God,
whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

"Crucified" by A.Hope Smith
Doubted,
Ridiculed,
Spit on,
Mocked,
Laughted at,
Denied,
Hated,
Flogged,
Whipped,
and finally Hung to die.
CRUCIFIED!
He forgave,
He forgives,
He's still forgiving.
Yet with each new time we sin,
WE "CRUCIFY HIM!", AGAIN.
I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God made it grow. I will plant seeds and I know someone else will water and Jehovah will bring the growth
